Your pet’s vaccination record must reflect the following: pet’s date of birth microchip number, date it was put in or read, and where it is on your pet’s body vaccination date, vaccine manufacturer and product name with sticker, vaccine batch number, date the vaccination & valid until, the vet’s signature and contact details.

A rabies titer test is a test which finds out if your pet has had a successful rabies vaccination. A Titer test is conducted 31 days after the rabies vaccination. Your pet must also wait 3 months from the day of the titer test before they can travel, so make sure your pooch is tested well in advance to avoid any hassle during transportation. The results of the blood test must show that the vaccination was successful (i.e., rabies antibody level of at least 0.5 IU/ml).
An import permit must be procured in order to enter the Philippines. You will also require an international health certificate, and set up a meeting with Animal Quarantine and Certification Service (AQCS) before any movement abroad.
A copy of the passport, air ticket, and visa of the owner is mandatory to be produced as the Government of India does not allow a pet to travel or relocate to another country without the pet parent.
Internal and external parasite treatment should be provided to your pet, and must be done a maximum of 48 hours prior to entry into the Philippines.
Standard crate sizes should be used for your pet’s travel, with proper crate training to be provided prior to travel.
