Rabies Titer test or rabies antibodies test is a means of determining whether your pet dog or cat has received a rabies vaccination and has enough antibodies to defend against rabies.
Pet must have a blood sample taken for Rabies Titer test at least 30 days after the rabies vaccination. This sample should be sent to an EU-approved blood testing laboratory only. The results of the blood test must show that the vaccination was successful (rabies antibody level of at least 0.5 IU/ml). The blood test will continue to be valid as long as your pet’s rabies vaccinations are kept up to date. This is the process that needs to be followed while getting the Rabies Titer test done for your pet.
You must obtain an export cum International Health Certificate for your pet to leave India and an EU Health Certificate is required for your pet to enter Germany. Without any of these documents, your pet will not be able to go with you

Standard crate sizes should be used for the pet’s travel with proper crate training to be provided to the pet prior to travel.
